I have a school project where i have to interview business people who uses Office equipment. i don’t know any. so can someone please help me!!

How were you trained to use the equipment, hardware or software required by your job?

When the equipment you use is replaced by more modern technology, what steps might you take to retain your job?

When you say "Office Equipment", I’m assuming you mean computer, fax machine, copy machine, phone, etc. I’d say most people don’t need training. They’re not difficult items to use. However, if you didn’t know how to use a fax machine you would just need a co-worker to spend 2 minutes showing you. It’s very simple. When the fax machine is replaced with a newer one, I would expect it to be used the same way, even though it was different.

If you’re talking about serious machinery that a line worker might use, that would be very different.
