They are just metal parts with some motor wiring. It is not like they are filled with mercury or something. If no one else wants them put them out with the trash.

Go to the Dell web site .. PS it is usual to decide what software you need first, and then choose the kit, however in 90% of offices it's going to be MS Office, so you will need a PC.
