Are there any paper shredders that can do both high security and shred CDs?
For the longest time I was looking for this type of Paper Shredder for my boss and could not find one. But, a couple months ago I finally found one, the GBC GLHS9 Super Micro-Cut Shredder. It has a separate slot for CDs so you can still do high security but do not have to have a separate shredder for CDs.

I have come across this issue in the past before as well. I have found the Fellowes line of shredders that I have linked below that can do both high security and have a designated safety slot for CD’s. Its been great so far. Hope that helps!

yes there are shredders on the market that can do both of these functions. Unsure of the price or locations to purchase but i do know they exist.

Yes, there are some new shredders that can do both the higher security (like level 4 or 5) and still can shred CDs. The GLM11 is another GBC shredder with the separate slot for CDs.
I did notice that there is not a level 6 shredder available yet that can do this. Only level 4 and 5 high security shredders as far as I can tell.

There are a few; they essentially have to have the separate slot for the CDs to protect the high security shredder head. Below are a couple links – the security levels vary, so it depends a little on what you need. Hope this is helpful!
